Production Time for Tailor-Made Items
Some tailor-made items, including custom designs and personalized products, may require additional time to produce. We recommend allowing extra time for these items, as production time can vary depending on the complexity of the customization.

Delivery Time Estimates
The delivery time is calculated from when the order leaves our store. Please keep in mind that during busy periods such as sales and the holiday season (November/December), delivery times may be longer than usual.

Shipping fees
We are shipping to worldwide addresses.

Shipping for all orders will be charged at a flat rate of $15 inc GST. Retail orders over $200 inc GST will be shipped free.
